Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) is a public research University in Malaysia and an innovation-driven entrepreneurial research-intensive university in engineering, science and technology. UTM is a graduate-focused university with more than 50% of its student population consisting of postgraduate students, the highest in Malaysia. UTM has international students from more than 60 countries, the highest number among research universities in the country. UTM is located both in Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia and Johor Bahru, the southern city in Iskandar, which is a vibrant economic corridor in the south of Peninsular Malaysia.
